We want everyone to be able to use divorcd, whatever their needs, device or circumstances.
What we do
- Use clear, plain English and readable text sizes.
- Make sure the site works on phones, tablets and computers.
- Support keyboard navigation and screen readers, with a "Skip to content" link on every page.
- Respect your device's "reduce motion" setting by turning off animations and video.
- Use colour combinations chosen to be readable.
- Provide a Quick exit button on every page, which can also be triggered by pressing Esc twice.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we're working towards it as the site grows.
Known issues
- The members' community runs on Discord, which has its own accessibility features.
- The video on our homepage is decorative and has no sound. You can pause it using the button on the page.
