The Ministry of Justice voucher scheme can pay up to £500 towards mediation costs in eligible cases, mainly disputes about children, or about money where there is also a dispute about children. Your mediator checks if you are eligible at your first meeting (MIAM). The voucher does not cover the MIAM itself. The scheme is time-limited.
