Parentline NI is run by Children in Northern Ireland and gives free, confidential support to parents and carers. Call 0808 8020 400 Monday to Thursday 9am to 9pm, Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm, or use webchat in those hours. It can also offer up to six one-to-one sessions.
