Introductions
These are people who chose you, by asking for a call back or asking us to put them in touch. Accept an introduction to see their contact details. Please contact them only by the email or phone number they gave, never through anyone else in their household.
Your profile
Changes go to us for approval before they appear on divorcd. We check them against your website and your regulator's register, then publish them, usually within two working days.
Statistics
Counts are anonymous. We never record who viewed your profile or saw your listing, only how many times it happened.

Help
When do I get an introduction?
When someone presses Request a call back on your listing or in their Get matched results, or asks us to put them in touch with you. We email you straight away. The email never contains their details: sign in here to accept the introduction and see them.
What can I see before I accept?
The kind of help they asked for, the stage they're at, what needs sorting and their area. Their name, email, phone number and notes appear once you accept.
What should I do with their details?
Use them only to reply to their request. Once you accept an introduction, you are responsible for looking after the person's details under data protection law, as you would for any enquiry. Contact them only by the email or phone number they gave. Some people are leaving difficult or unsafe relationships, so don't leave detailed voicemails or write to any other address.
What do contacted and closed mean?
Mark an introduction as contacted once you've been in touch. Close it when it's finished, and choose how it ended if you can. If you can't help someone, close it and email us, and we'll find them someone else. Nobody else sees these notes.
How do I change my profile?
Use the Profile tab and send your changes for approval. Financial advisers need to confirm that their firm has approved the wording, because a listing for an FCA-authorised firm can be a financial promotion. We don't publish reviews, ratings or testimonials, so please don't include them.
Can colleagues sign in too?
Yes. Email [email protected] with their work email addresses and we'll add them.
How do I leave or remove my listing?
Email [email protected]. Nothing renews automatically, and if divorcd closes during your paid period we refund the unused part. We remove listings within two working days of a request.
Anything else? Email [email protected]. Partner terms are on the claim page.
